Pneumatic brake clutch for press
We carry out orders for the delivery of clutch-brake systems type: YB3132, YB3135, YB3135, YB3138, YB3141, YB3144, YB3146 for various guillotines and presses of the former USSR.
The clutch-brake УВ 3141 is rigidly interlocked, multi-disc, friction with pneumatic engagement and consists of a driving, driven and brake parts. The driving part includes drive discs with friction linings. The driven part includes: the hub with a fixed piston, cylinder moving along the axis, supporting discs clutches and brakes mounted on the thread of the hub and the piston, pressure plate brakes rigidly mounted on the cylinder, and an intermediate toothed disk. The brake part consists of a brake disc with riveted friction linings made of special material.
The weight of the complete KD2128 brake clutch is between 250-270 kg.
