High-quality metalworking services

In cooperation with our long-time Partners, we also offer such metalworking services as: induction hardening, carburizing, thermal hardening.

Beside our own production, we also make customized specific elements according to the customer’s specifications, incl. shafts, gears, bushings, rings. As part of machining, we grind shafts, holes and surfaces. In addition, we also grind beds’ guides and bodies, as well as sharpen knives and perform various milling services in accordance with the guidelines of our clients. We also provide metalworking services in the field of repair of pump units, aggregates, pumps in the field of power and lubrication hydraulics, repair of clutches and brakes.

We provide CNC machining services for the production of both small and large series of parts. We have the capability of CNC in 3 and 5-axis CNC-milling, turning and drilling. We can start with a project and provide already a finished product.

To provide our customers with the highest quality of products, we have a quality department whose aim is to assure the customer that the delivered product will be 100% compatible with his order.

Our constant production includes toothed bushes and sleeves, multisplined sleeves, trapezoidal bolts and bronze nuts, gears – in full range; shafts, screws, bushings, spindles, pulleys, guillotine knives, tool posts for lathes and many other parts and components for metalworking machines.

An important element of our production are also clutch and brake plates for various types and sizes of clutches and brakes. We make steel plates, with sinter and with friction lining; machine tool covers – rigid and flexible, telescopic, folding, bellows, aprons; chip scrapers, pins, grooves, bearing sleeves and many others.

Our machine park includes both conventional and numerically controlled machines. We have an extensive technology office, thanks to which we can easily meet the increasingly higher requirements of our customers, both in terms of quality and competitiveness of the parts and components of machine tools.
